Police: 13-Year-Old Robbed at Gunpoint

A teen was robbed Friday afternoon by two men while walking on Pioneer Drive in Severn, police say.

A boy was robbed at gunpoint by two men while he was walking in the area of Indian Drive and Pioneer Drive in Severn.

The robbery was reported about 4:15 p.m. Dec. 12, according to Anne Arundel Police.

The 13-year-old victim told officers he was approached by two men, one of whom carried a handgun and demanded the youth’s money. The victim gave the thieves an undisclosed amount of cash and they ran toward the wooded area.

Additional police patrol units, along with aviation and K-9 units, searched the area, but were unable to find the suspects, authorities say.

The first suspect is described as a black man, clean shaven with a medium build, 5’10”- 6’-0”, wearing a white and black baseball cap, a black coat, black shirt and black pants.

Authorities say the second suspect is a black man with a light complexion and a full beard, 5’10”- 6’-0”, wearing a black baseball cap, a black coat, black shirt and black pants.
