The Western District Tactical Patrol Unit checked compliance of county liquor laws at several retailers; five businesses were checked within the Western District. While four of the establishments did not sell alcohol to the minor, Arundel Wine &amp; Spirits, 7645 Arundel Mills Blvd., No. 20, in Hanover allegedly sold alcohol to the minor.
