Police say the suspect, Alexander Lyle Gray, 24, of 404 Laura Ave. in Linthicum Heights, pointed the rifle at the driver and asked who he was. The driver said he was delivering a pizza and Gray denied ordering a pizza. The victim immediately left the area.

Officers who went to Gray’s home say he approached the door dressed only in boxer shorts and carrying the rifle. He dropped the weapon when ordered to do so and was taken into custody. Officers confirmed Gray had placed an online order for a pizza.
