Now that Patient First is open in Odenton, will that be your go-to place for urgent care?
As we reported Wednesday, Patient First is now open for business on Annapolis Road in Odenton, offering quick medical care and primary care.
Before Patient First opened, many area residents in need of immediate help went to the Righttime Medical Care center at the Village at Waugh Chapel.
The two centers offer similar services, with treatment for minor injuries and common illnesses. Patient First also offers primary care.

Patient First is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day. Righttime is open from 8 a.m. to midnight.
Those extra two hours may give an edge to Righttime, but Odenton residents may find the Patient First location more convenient.

Of course, it goes without saying that it's best to go to the hospital or call 911 for serious emergencies.
