Reptiles, Rodney Dangerfield at the O'Malley Senior Center

There are some rather interesting events coming up at the in July. Here's a list of some fun things happening there in the next few weeks.

• Impressionist Mike Mullins, will give his presentation of one of comedian Rodney Dangerfield at 12:30 p.m. July 17. Will he get any respect?
• On July 24 at the Annex, Artist Kathy Kniess will teach and demonstrate how to paint with a pallette knife. Attendees should check with the center to get a list of required supplies.
• The center will celebrate with a slew of reptiles on Grandparents' Day. The "Reptile World" presentation will feature "live, large and gentle reptiles from all over the world." Herpetologist Michael Schwedick wil give the talk. Grandkids are welcome and ice cream treats will be available. The presentation will take place on July 25 at 12:30 p.m.
• The center will hold an indoor barbeque on July 27 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with lunch from 11:15 a.m. to noon. There will be ribs, chicken, potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans and more. The duo Suzy Estrada and Joe will sing. Cost is $10.
• The Friday movie series continues with "Source Code" on July 20 and "Red Tails" on July 27.
