Ryland Pushes Luxury Home Project in Severn

Ryland Homes said it will have a model home and sales center in place later this summer at Coldwater Reserve Crossing, a new luxury home development in Severn.

The project will feature 35 new luxury homes with different floor plans. Homes include as many as five bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, and garages for as many as three cars. Size of the homes ranges from 2,693 square feet to 3,230 square feet. Prices range from about $400,000 to more than $600,000, according to various real estate websites.

"Each home in the community is designed with luxury in mind, featuring exquisite touches like dramatic double staircases, two-story foyers and spacious master suites," Ryland said in a press release.

Coldwater Reserve Crossing is located off Burns Crossing Road in Severn, just past the Annapolis Area Christian School.

The community will be surrounded by a community park and recreation fields.
