“My decision to run for office is rooted in my love for this district and its residents,” he said. “From kindergarten to this day, my feet have been planted in Anne Arundel County. I know the neighborhoods, I know the families and what type of leader they need on the County Council,” said Scott. “For years, I have helped improve the safety and quality of life for Herald Harbor, where I built my home from its foundation up. I know how to bring together people to achieve common goals.”

For the past five years, Scott has worked for the Maryland Department of Natural Resources and has managed a successful 30-year music career as a small business owner, launching a successful music, video production and talent management company.
