Severn Building Has Been Sold But Won't Change Its Focus

SEVERN, MD -- The 150,000-square-foot building at 8000 Telegraph Rd. in Severn has been purchased by Baltimore-based developer Klein Enterprises, which plans to keep it as a storage facility serving the greater Severn area and beyond.

This particular property was converted from a 1970s vintage warehouse into a state-of-the-art storage facility that opened in 2017. It has a rather large size and diversified storage options with approximately 700 square feet of frontage along Telegraph Road, according to Klein Enterprises.
