Spirit Week Kicks Off Oct. 13 at Arundel HS

Dress-up days are set and anyone who wants to play in the powder puff game needs to bring a canned food item. Will Arundel beat South River?

Spirit Week at Arundel High School is Oct. 13 through 16, all part of the preparations to face South River High School in the homecoming football game.

Here’s the lineup of dress-up days:
Monday, Oct. 13: Arundel Day – Wear your favorite Wildcat gear to support the school.
Tuesday, Oct. 14: Twin Day/Character Day – Match a friend or dress up as a TV, movie or book character.
Wednesday, Oct. 15: College Day – Wear your favorite college clothing to support a team or school.
Thursday, Oct. 16: Class Color/Pep Rally Day – Freshmen wear white; sophomores wear black; junior wear green; and seniors wear togas.

Friday, Oct. 17: No school, but the football game starts at 6:30 p.m.

In other pre-homecoming activities, the powder puff game will be played from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11, at Caroll Field

Bring a canned food item to enter to support the No Kid Hungry Campaign.

Interested in coaching (males) or playing (females)?

Informational meeting/practice will be held Wednesday, Oct. 8, during first half of wildcat in the main gym. You must bring a canned food item to play and coach.
