Support for the Crossing Guards

These Crossing Guards are trying to make sure our kids are safe during the school year and all they requested was a meeting with Management to discuss their concerns. I know for a fact numerous emails were sent requesting a full meeting with all guards to talk about ongoing problems with Safety, Hazardous Traffic Patterns and Communication for starters. Two guards were willing to speak up and have a voice for all of the Guards and they were fired for doing this. Don't the Officers that oversee the Guards care what they think? The guards are in the street every day protecting our kids on some of the most dangerous roads in the County and they can't get the respect of a meeting??
