'Thank You For All Your Love': Mother's Day Photos

SEVERN, MD — Whether it's through their personality, looks, hobbies or a combination of everything, daughters become a reflection of the woman who raised them. With Mother's Day 2018 right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch readers across Maryland to share their "mother-daughter lookalike" photos.

Millersville resident Amanda Chaney sent us this gorgeous photo of her with her mom, Dawn, who lives in Severn.

"Happy Mother’s Day to my beautiful mother who made me who I am today. Thank you for all your love and guidance you’ve given me over the years, i wouldn’t be the woman I am today without you. I hope your day is as wonderful as you are and I hope that I can be half the mother you are. Love your baby girl."
