Thanksgiving Travelers Could Get Free Cover for iPad, Kindle, Nook

Travelers flying to and from BWI might be greeted with free covers for their iPads, Kindles, Nooks or tablets next week.

Beginning Wednesday, employees of M-Edge Accessories will be at BWI handing out covers for iPads and various e-readers to travelers who are carrying one of the electrical devices.

According to Cailtin Mills, the employees will offer discount cards to those without the devices. Mills said there are “no strings attached” with the giveaway, and that the products being distributed are valued between $30 and $50.

“M-Edge wants to bring a little holiday cheer to traveling and have the gift-giving start early,” Mills said in an email to Patch.

Employees from M-Edge Accessories will be handing out free iPad and e-reader covers until Nov. 30.
