Three Charged with Selling Heroin, Crack Cocaine

The suspects -- from Severn, Annapolis and Crownsville -- face multiple drug possession and trafficking charges.

A traffic stop in Crownsville yielded three arrests for myriad drug charges and the seizure of heroin and crack cocaine, police say.

Anne Arundel County officers stopped a car about 7:40 p.m. Wednesday in the 1300 block of Sunrise Beach Road in Crownsville. When they searched the vehicle, police reportedly found 34 heroin capsules and .70 grams of crack cocaine.

Three men were arrested and charged with multiple drug offenses. They are:

  • Jason Lawrence Simon, 34, of 1255 Sheridan Road in Crownsville, was charged with intent to distribute-heroin, intent to distribute-crack, possession-crack, possession-heroin, possession paraphernalia, and possession of needles.
  • David Andrew Potee, 58, of 1610 Elkwood Court in Annapolis, was charged with intent to distribute-heroin, intent to distribute-crack, possession-crack, possession-heroin, possession paraphernalia, and possession of needles.
  • Ulysses Tobias Hall, 46, of 308 Constant Ave. in Severn, was charged with intent to distribute-heroin, intent to distribute-crack, possession- crack, possession-heroin, possession paraphernalia, and possession of needles.
