Town Center Committee Meets Tonight

The Odenton Town Center Plan Oversight Committee will hold its monthly meeting Tuesday night.

It will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the conference room in the Western District Police Station, 8273 Telegraph Road in Odenton.

Odenton Patch has obtained the agenda for the meeting, which is expected to last until about 9 p.m. The meeting is open to the public, and there will be time set aside for comments and question from residents.

First up on the agenda is a presentation by officials from Nellis Corp. regarding façade improvements to the freestanding building at the Odenton Shopping Center. Nellis is the landlord for the property, and there will be discussion with the committee on ensuring that any upgrades to buildings are in line with the Odenton Town Center Master Plan.
