Town Center Committee to Look at Big Picture

The is scheduled to meet Tuesday, and review two key documents, including a comprehensive report on the development plans for the Odenton area.

Committee members will get their first look at the Odenton Town Center Growth Management Report, which provides a summary of all development and infrastructure projects in town. The document should provide a full update on all the things happening in Odenton.

The committee also will have a discussion about Chapter 6 of the Odenton Town Center Master Plan, which relates to a bonus program for developers.

Also Tuesday, the committee will hear nominations to fill board positions, including that of chairman.

Unlike recent meetings, the committee will not be hearing any presentations from developers.

The committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Odenton Historical Center at 1367 Odenton Rd., Odenton.

7 p.m.: Members present nominations for chairman of the committee. Donald’s two-year term has expired, but he is allowed to serve more than one term.

7:30 p.m.: Distribute and discuss the Odenton Town Center Growth Management Report. (Michael and Parag).

8 p.m.: Distribute and review Chapter Six of the 2009 Odenton Town Center Master Plan. (Bonus Programs and Proffers)

Old Business:

8:15 p.m.: Update any progress for on going development projects and TOD-(Michael and Parag)
