Through a close relationship with the Homeless Student Initiative, TradeNet donated food to six families for Thanksgiving and beyond. JKings provided the turkeys and Thanksgiving meal trimmings, while other member businesses provided additional food and storage containers to assist in the days after Thanksgiving.
TradeNet is a group of local business owners that support each other’s businesses and through a collective effort give back to the community. TradeNet has partnered with Anne Arundel County schools to assist the over thirty homeless students in the Arundel High School feeder system. Through this partnership TradeNet has been able to help students by providing food, sports equipment, shoes, clothing, and basic toiletry items.
