West County Vacation Family Mixer
When: Tuesday, Aug. 14, 4:30 – 7 p.m.
Where: Greenway Bowl, Odenton

Details: Bring the whole family for bowling from 4:30-6:30 p.m.  Special pricing of $5 per person. Networking will take place from 5-7:30 p.m. If you don’t want to bowl, you only pay for whatever food and drink you buy. Register on the chamber website.

Big Networking Breakfast

When: Wednesday, Aug. 15. 7:30-9:30 a.m.
Where: Conference Center of the Maritime Institute, 692 Maritime Blvd., Linthicum.

Details: This is a big networking breakfast involving chambers and councils from all over the area. Cost is $25 for prepaid members, or $45 for non-members and walk-ins. There will be speed networking sessions and door prizes.

Tuesday Topics Breakfast

When: Tuesday, Aug. 28, 8 a.m.
Where: J. King’s Restaurant

Details: The chamber will host Ron Wineholt of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce, who will discuss the impact of the Supreme Court decision on health care. The event is $20 for members and $30 for non-members.

Chamber 50^th Anniversary Bash

When: Wednesday, Sept. 12
Where: Site of the former Nevamar facility (soon to be Flats 170 apartments)

Details: Celebrate the chamber’s 50^th anniversary by sponsoring a table for $250. Single tickets are also available for $15. Dr. Phil Butts and the Sunset Band will perform. For more information, call 410-672-3422
