Woman Stabbed During All-Female Brawl in Severn

Police say a group of girls and women fighting in Severn left a Fort Meade woman with a stab wound to the leg.

SEVERN, MD — A group of girls and women fighting in Severn left a Fort Meade woman with a stab wound to the leg Tuesday night, according to Anne Arundel County Police. The brawl happened about 10 p.m. near the 1700 block of Mead Village Circle in Severn.

Police say a group of unidentified females — both juveniles and adults — were involved in a fight. While talking to people at the scene, officers discovered a 20-year-old woman from Fort Meade with a stab wound to her left leg just above the kneecap.

Anne Arundel County Fire personnel took the woman to a local hospital for a non-life-threatening injury to her left leg.
