Woman's BMW Stolen at Gunpoint: Police

The Odenton woman told Anne Arundel County Police a man with gun took her car while she was unloading items.

An Odenton woman reported she was carjacked at gunpoint Saturday night in front of her house.

Just before 10 p.m., Anne Arundel County Police were called to the 1900 block of Hackberry Court in Odenton. The 32-year-old victim told police she pulled into a parking space in front of her residence and was unloading her vehicle when the suspect approached her on foot.

The robber pointed a handgun at her, demanded her keys and then fled with her BMW. No injuries were reported.

Officers searched the area for the car, a black BMW with Maryland tag 1AY3980, but didn’t find the vehicle.

Police describe the suspect as a white man in his early 20s, 6-foot 3 inches, 170 pounds, with long, curly dirty blonde hair. He was wearing blue jeans, a light colored T-shirt and was armed with a black revolver.
