12-Year-Old Is Missing From Randallstown: Police

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A boy is missing in the Randallstown area, and authorities are asking for help locating him. He was last seen in Baltimore City, officials said.

Jaylan Fulton, 12, was last seen in the area of Ramsey Street in Baltimore, according to police.

Fulton was wearing blue and black Nike Air Max shoes. He is from the Carriage Hill Circle area in Randallstown.

He is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall and 120 pounds with tattoos on his arms of these names: Kaylan, Sandrea, Louis.
