1st Mariner Bank, the largest independently owned bank in Baltimore City, is pleased to welcome Howard Friedman as branch financial advisor- B2B retirement/insurance specialist. In his new role, Friedman will manage financial issues for 5 bank branches, including Owings Mills, Ellicott City, Woodlawn, Pikesville and Timonium.
