$5 Million in Streetscape Improvements Planned for Liberty Road

The state of Maryland has set aside millions of dollars to improve five intersections along Liberty Road, officials say.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — The state is putting $5 million toward a streetscape project on Liberty Road, and the public is invited to discuss the planned improvements.

Crews plan to install new lights and brick crosswalks at five intersections on Liberty Road between North Rolling Road and McDonogh Road.

Work may start in summer 2017.

The meeting about Liberty Road streetscape improvements will be 6:30–8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 30, at the Randallstown branch of the Baltimore County Public Library, 8604 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD 21133.
