6 Burglaries In Owings Mills Involved Force: Police

Several burglaries are being investigated as possibly related in Owings Mills.

OWINGS MILLS, MD — Burglars have been using force to get into homes in Owings Mills recently, according to the Baltimore County Police Department. In a report on the latest crime trends issued Wednesday, police said that there have been six burglaries in the past month in the area that seem to be related.

Jewelry, electronics, clothing and a safe were stolen in the burglaries, police said.

The crimes were committed after breaking in through windows and doors, officials reported.

While the days that the burglaries took place varied, investigators said all took place sometime between 4:30 a.m. and 8 p.m.

There have been six burglaries in this series committed since July 18, police reported on Wednesday, Aug. 15.
