$61.6 Million Property in Owings Mills Changes Owners
A Baltimore-based company acquired a gated Owings Mills community with more than 300 apartments.

OWINGS MILLS, MD — A $61.6 million property changed hands this week in Owings Mills. Riverstone at Owings Mills is a gated apartment community at 4700 Riverstone Drive.
The community includes 324 garden-style apartments, ranging from one to three-bedroom options that have washers and dryers, balconies or patios and 9-foot ceilings. Amenities such as a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, tennis court, business center and resident lounge round out the community offerings.
Baltimore-based Continental Realty Corporation acquired the property on Sept. 30, at which point it was 96 percent occupied. Riverstone at Owings Mills was built in 2002. It was previously owned by CIM Group.
