Alex and Mia Are the Pets of the Week

Alex and Mia are the Pets of the Week at Baltimore Humane Society.

This week's Pets of the Week at Baltimore Humane Society are Alex and Mia. Here's a little about each of them ---

Alex:

Hey there everyone! My name is Alex and I am a social lad once we get to know each other. I come across as a cautious guy, but that could be because I'm deaf and can startle pretty easily. My previous owner had me about 5 months and in that time frame I learned visual cues for some commands like: sit, down, wait, eat, and good boy. I crave attention and totally love car rides. I enjoy frisbee, playing catch, and laying outside in the sun. In my other home I lived with a small dog and 2 cats. Would you like to open up your heart and home to a special dog like me? If so, hurry and come meet me!

Mia:

I'm Mia! If you are looking for a happy and social gal who will come right up to you when you start talking to them then I am the one for you. I can tell you that I love attention and lounging around in my comfy bed. I am a rather laid back lady who will head butt your hand for pets and purr. I think I would make a great companion for anyone looking for a love bug of a cat. Please stop by BHS and meet me today!
