BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Roberto Carlos Huezo Garcia, a 31-year-old man from Reisterstown, is facing nearly a dozen charges after being accused of sexually abusing boys.
The Baltimore County Police Department said Garcia was arrested Wednesday after a warrant was initially issued June 17.
The department said investigators had received multiple reports alleging the sexual abuse since January, adding that the cases involved boys between the ages of 10 and 15.
Now suspended, Garcia had previously served as a soccer coach for private organizations "across several jurisdictions," according to police.
Court records indicate the alleged offenses took place between March 2025 and January 2026.
Charging documents reviewed by The Banner say the incidents took place inside Garcia's car, homes in Baltimore and Harford counties, and during travel for soccer tournaments in Florida, Pennsylvania and Washington state.

Garcia remains held without bond. His next court appearance in the case is scheduled for Sept. 11.
