Pedestrian Crash (patch.com) — Residents in Owings Mills are learning more about a deadly pedestrian crash after police identified 72-year-old Wanda Grasu as the woman struck and killed near Owings Mills Boulevard and Strawhill Court. The collision happened Tuesday afternoon in the Worthington Glen community, and investigators are still examining how the southbound Toyota Highlander hit her and whether any charges are warranted.
• Lutherville Station redevelopment faces pivotal vote in Baltimore County Council (thebanner.com) — Owings Mills readers may be interested that Lutherville Station could become Baltimore County's second transit-oriented development after Metro Centre at Owings Mills, if the council approves a key designation next week. Supporters say it would add 325 apartments near light rail and help ease the housing shortage, while many nearby residents worry about school crowding, crime, and rapid change to their community.
• Ravens receiver depth tested as Lane goes to IR before home opener (wmar2news.com) — From their Owings Mills practice facility, the Ravens are reshuffling their receiver group after placing Ja'Kobi Lane on injured reserve and closely watching Zay Flowers' hamstring ahead of Sunday's home opener.
