• MD Woman, Dog Killed In Baltimore County Pedestrian Crash: State Police (patch.com) — Residents in Owings Mills are grappling with news of a fatal pedestrian crash on I-795 near Mt. Wilson Lane that killed a 31-year-old Westminster woman and her dog Wednesday night. Maryland State Police say she had run out of gas and attempted to cross the southbound lanes before being struck, closing the roadway for about three hours while the investigation continues.
