Baltimore Humane Society, Flowers & Fancies Partnership Expands With 'Petals4Pets'

(BHS) is honored to announce that they will be teaming up with 40-year-old floral business, , along with owner Eddie Wingrat, to renew the Petals4Pets Program™, as well as launching a new Affinity Program, to promote and support animal welfare in Baltimore, Maryland.

Wingrat has been a long-time supporter of the Baltimore Humane Society, and is a fervent dog lover himself. “I see these constant and ‘urgent’ postings to save these homeless pets, and as someone who has rescued animals—and who brings them to work—I just knew that Flowers & Fancies had to do something,” says Wingrat.

With that driving motivation, Wingrat designed the Petals4Pets Program™, which features a number of pet-inspired floral arrangements that animal lovers everywhere can order, and 20% of the proceeds will go directly to BHS. The Petals4Pets Program™ includes various floral arrangements in the forms of animals like dogs, cats, and a bear serves as a great way to celebrate get well wishes, anniversaries, birthdays, new babies, and much more. In addition, Flowers & Fancies has created a standard bouquet, but for those who would like to make their order more personalized, they will have the opportunity to do so.

The new Affinity Program is much like the Petals4Pets Program™, but a bit broader whereby any order placed with Flowers & Fancies, as long as the buyer uses the code “Baltimore Humane,” will garner 20% of those proceeds for BHS and includes any products Flowers & Fancies carries from flower arrangements, loose flowers, plants, gift baskets all the way to balloons.
