The man shot and killed by FBI agents Friday in Owings Mills has been identified, the Baltimore County Police Department reported Monday.
Jameel O. Harrison, 34, was shot by FBI agents in the 9700 block of Reisterstown Road at approximately 4:45 p.m. Friday, according to police.
Three FBI agents who had been working on a drug investigation confronted Harrison on the access road to the Walmart and Sam's Club shopping center, according to WJZ.
Harrison, who was driving a gray Infiniti SUV with New York plates, tried to back his way through traffic after agents surrounded him, The Baltimore Sun reported.
As a result of the confrontation, the vehicle's hood and windshield were "riddled with bullet holes," WJZ reported.
A Baltimore County police officer was with the agents and did not fire, according to WBAL.
The Baltimore County Police Department and the FBI would not release more information about the victim, citing the ongoing nature of the investigation.
