OWINGS MILLS, MD — The Baltimore County Police Department took to social media Friday afternoon asking for help in locating an Owings Mills man who went missing earlier in the day.

Tony Singletary, 38, who has a cognitive disability, went missing from Sherwood Farm Road when he went to take out the trash. His disappearance occurred at around 10:30 a.m.

Police said Singletary is 5-foot-6, 156 pounds and is non-verbal, and therefore may display adolescent behavior. Singletary takes medication for his cognitive disability and may be in emotional distress, according to police.
