OWINGS MILLS, MD – The Baltimore Ravens are under fire for potentially violating off-season practice rules.

During a minicamp for rookies earlier this month, the team is accused of using full pads, which is a violation of the collective bargaining agreement, according to WJZ.

The allegation concerns a five-minute period amid training camp on May 6, a Ravens official told ESPN.

Should the NFL investigate and find there was a violation, the team faces a fine. The team last violated off-season practice rules in 2010, when the players reportedly had to cancel the last week of training camp.
