Barbara M. Frampton, 83 years old, of Owings Mills, died Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at Hanover Hall in Pennsylvania.

Born December 14, 1931, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late John Wesley Benton and Barbara Kroth Benton.

She was the beloved wife of the late Leroy Frampton, who died in 1993.

She is survived by her daughters: Betty Williams, Bonnie Scherer and Linda Winkler, seven grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call on Thursday, July 23, from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Road, in Owings Mills, where services will be held on Friday, July 24, at 11 a.m.

Interment in Meadowridge Memorial Park.
