Robert “Bobby” Swartz Jr. of Windsor Mill passed away on Feb. 2. He was 59.
Visitation will be at Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, in Reisterstown from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 5.
A funeral service will be held at Eline Funeral Home at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 6.
