Body Found at Security Square Mall: Police

Authorities are investigating after a body was found near Security Square Mall, the Baltimore County Police Department reported. There were no signs of trauma, according to the report.

Workers clearing trash near the mall parking lot found the body in the woods in the 6900 block of Security Square Boulevard, police said.

Officers responded to a call for a cardiac arrest at approximately 2:15 p.m. Thursday and found the decomposing body, according to the report.

Police said the body was that of a woman who was not identified; her body was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for an autopsy, police reported.

There were no signs of obvious trauma to her body, according to police, who said the woman’s death is under investigation.
