Police Identify Body Found On Sidewalk Near Liberty Road

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — After a man was found deceased on a sidewalk off Liberty Road Wednesday night, police have asked the public for information regarding what led up to his death.

Kyle Jovan Fulton, 24, of the 8000 block of Euler Avenue in Baltimore, had been shot at least once in the upper body, authorities said.

At approximately 6 p.m. on Wednesay, police said a passerby called 911 to report that a man was unconscious on the sidewalk near Liberty Road at Liberty Place.

Responding officers came upon Fulton and pronounced him deceased at the scene.

Homicide detectives are investigating the death.
