Construction is still underway, but a six-story building that houses a branch of the Baltimore County Public Library and Community College of Baltimore County and an adjacent parking garage have already opened.
Once complete, the project will also include two five-story buildings with retail on the street level, 232 apartments above and a four-story office building. All are scheduled to open this fall.
