Bentley and Colby Are the Pets of the Week
Bentley and Colby are the Pets of the Week.
This week's Pets of the Week at Baltimore Humane Society are Bentley and Colby. Here's what they each have to say--
Bentley: ย ย
Hi there. My name is Bentley, a 9 month old Retriever, and I was brought to BHS because I was too rambunctious for my previous owners. Iโm a pretty big puppy and will need help with manners and training since I have a tendency to jump up on anyone I see. Iโve lived with another dog, but weโll still do dog intros to make sure everyone gets along. Iโve also lived with children ages 4 and up, so if you have kids please bring them with you to meet me.ย Iโm definitely a strong puppy and youโll find it easiest to walk me with a metal leash while wearing a harness. I will play with any type of toy I can find, but what I really want to find is a happy and loving forever home. Please visit BHS soon so we can go out for a walk!

Colby:ย
Hi everyone! My name is Colby I was originally brought to BHS with my brother Lou after our previous guardians became allergic to us. We were both adopted recently, but I have been returned because Lou and I could no longer get along in the home; he had become a big bully! I can be something of a shy guy in this environment, and you may see me burrowing under my blankets most of the day. I'm not really a fan of being carried around, but I love to be petted and rubbed! I'm hoping so, so hard that the third time will be the charm, and that this time I'll find my true forever home. Please don't be fooled by my age. Iโm eight, but if I do say so myself, I donโtย look a day over 2 years old! After all, cats can easily live to be 18 or 20 years old; and I've definitely got lots of life to live and love to give. Will you share that life and love with me? Please visit with me ASAP!ย
