Ham Season Has Begun

Most people would say that there is no such thing as “ham season,” but I disagree.

Just last night we kicked off the season with two Hahn’s hams, potato salad, autumn apple salad, broccoli, homemade rolls and red jello with fruit.

For dessert we had carrot cake, which was delicious. Hahn’s is an amazing place to buy meat in Westminster.  Sometimes when you drive by the factory, you can see smoke and smell hammy goodness

After a meal with Hahn’s hams you always have leftovers.  I like to make sandwiches with Dijon mustard or fry the ham and have it with biscuits and eggs for breakfast.
