Jimmy and Bailey Are the Pets of the Week

Jimmy and Bailey are the Pets of the Week

This week's Pets of the Week at Baltimore Humane Society are Jimmy and Bailey. Here's what they each have to say--

Jimmy:ย  ย

Hi there. My name is Jimmy and I am at BHS because I was tied to the front doors of a vet hospital and they brought me here to find my forever home. We donโ€™t know my background, but hereโ€™s what I can tell you --I am a large dog who sometimes thinks Iโ€™m a lap dog. Silly, I admit, but awfully lovable don't you think?ย  I like to play with squeaky toys and stuffed animals, but what I really like is getting attention from people! Because of my size it would probably be best for me to go to a home with children age 8 and up.ย  Staff doesn't think Iโ€™d get along with cats, but if you have a dog we can do a dog intro to make sure we all get along.ย  If you donโ€™t mind working with me on my housetraining, life should be great together!ย  Having a new family that gives me love and attention will make me very happy.ย  I sure hope youโ€™re interested in adopting a large, affectionate dog like me. Please visit soon!

Bailey:ย

Pleased to meet you! My name is Bailey, and I was brought to BHS after I was abandoned by my previous guardian. A nice person was able to take care of me for a little while and when they took me to a vet, tests showed I'm prone to crystals in my urine. So I just eat a particular type of food to help keep me healthy. I can be a bit timid at first, but once I get to know you, I will talk to you constantly just to get you to look my way! I am hoping to find my true forever home with a patient family who will love me for the rest of my life. Please stop by BHS soon so we can meet; I can't wait to start our new life together!ย  (My adoption fee is sponsored, so Iโ€™m free to adopt!)
