Mend a Broken Heart
Meet the Lonely Hearts Club members at Baltimore Humane Society. They are longing for a loving, forever home. Come in today and warm the heart of a lonely animal.
February is the month of โloveโ and Baltimore Humane Society is hoping that you have enough love to spare in order to mend a broken heart.ย Meet the members of our Lonely Hearts Club, dogs and cats who are our longest residents here at the shelter. These poor souls have been left homeless, some as long as three years.ย There is nothing โwrongโ with these pets.ย Of course, after being here so long some may need extra patience and kindness to teach them they can trust again, but that shouldnโt be a surprise.ย After being in a shelter for long periods of time, itโs not unusual for animals to become extremely stressed and appear to be even less adoptable because theyโve lost some of their manners.ย But really, all it takes is a little time away from the shelter environment and they will not disappoint you with their loving companionship.ย
To help you even more in the adoption process, throughout the month of February if you adopt a member of our Lonely Hearts Club youโll get half off your adoption fee PLUS three free personal training sessions!ย So come in today or over the weekend and warm the heart of one of our shelter guests.ย It will give you a happy heart as well.ย
Meet the Club and open your heart to a new best friend. ย
