Michael Oher's Little 'Brother' To Play Hoops At Loyola

In the movie, The Blind Side, Michael Oher was adopted by the Tuohy family, and spent time with their son, Sean, who has signed to play college hoops at Baltimore's Loyola University.

In the movie, The Blind Side, Michael Oher was adopted by the Tuohy family, and spent a lot of time playing and training with the youngest member of the family, Sean Tuohy, Jr.

Based on his true story, Oher went on to star at Ole Miss and then was the first round draft choice of the Baltimore Ravens in 2009. Now, his young friend and "brother" is all grown up and has just signed to play college basketball at Baltimore's Loyola University.

In a USA Today story, which references an article in The Baltimore Sun, Tuohy acknowledged that if he wanted to go to Oher and his parents' alma mater, he would have had to make the team as a walk-on. When Loyola showed interest, the connection seemed perfect for all parties.

Oher was thrilled to hear that his younger bro would be playing close to where he played and lived and now plans to be his biggest fan in the stands, saying,

"I'm going to enjoy having him up here...I get to go to most of the home games, just to see him play."
