Nala and Gia are the Pets of the Week

This week's Pets of the Week at Baltimore Humane Society are Nala and Gia. Here's what they each have to say--

Nala:   

Hello. My name is Nala and I am a young sweet girl who came here from animal control. I had been fostered by a nice family who could no longer keep me and that’s when I was taken to Animal Control. BHS was called to come and get me so nothing bad would happen to me and I could find an actual forever home. In my foster home I lived with kids and was around other dogs. I was great with the kids, but if you have another dog we should do a dog intro just to make sure everyone gets along. I play with toys sometimes, but mainly I enjoy people and getting attention. I have been crate trained, but I am not completely potty trained yet so I will need help with that. If you would like to meet me, please visit soon so we can go for a walk.

Gia: 

Hello. My name is Gia and I was brought to BHS from another shelter who had no room for me. BHS is hoping that they can find me a forever home filled with love, happiness, toys and catnip. I am a bit timid, but don’t let that keep you from visiting me. If you are interested, please fill out an application to get the process started.

The adoption fee for Nala is $165, and $105 for Gia. Plus get a free bag of starter food!
