Pets of the Week

This week's Pets of the Week at Baltimore Humane Society are Gargoyle and Yahtzee.

Here's what they each have to say--

Gargoyle:  Hello there. My name is Gargolye and I am an 8 year old Blue Pit Bull Mix. A nice woman brought me to BHS because she found me in her green-house ...guess I wandered in there. I was really scared when I first came here, but have since opened up and am now a STAFF FAVORITE . They love my blue color and huge ears...don't you love my ears??? I like to go for long walks and love to run around in the play yard here. I’m a very lovable senior girl who needs a good home. I would really like to find a forever home where I can lay on a soft comfy couch and watch football with my owners on a Sunday. Hope to see you soon.

Yahtzee:  Hello. My name is Yahtzee and I am a 6 months old kitten. I was brought here because I was found on someone's porch. I am the SWEETEST kitten here ... believe me when I tell you. I am staff mem-ber Krystal's favorite kitten ever!!! I love everyone and also love to play with toys — any toys will do. I also like to play with things that have catnip in them....it makes me happy:) The other thing I like to do is drool...yep, i said drool....its just something that I will do if you hold me and love all over me. If you would like to meet me then please fill out an application.

Don't forget.  This Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. is Dogfest, a dog day extravaganza for pets and their owners.  It's on our grounds at 1501 Nicodemus Road in Reisterstown.  Come and enjoy the fun and take a few minutes to say hello to both Gargoyle and Yahtzee. They'll be here waiting to find their new families along with lots of other dogs, cats, rabbits, and gerbils.  See you then!
