Pluto and Gigi Are the Pets of the Week

This week's Pets of the Week at Baltimore Humane Society are Pluto and Gigi. Here's what they each have to say--

Pluto:   

My name is Pluto. I’m at BHS because my guardian moved away, and didn't take me. Even so, I am an extremely happy, fun loving guy who loves playing with kids and grown-ups.  I’ve gotten a reputation for loving to sit in chairs when I go to adoption events, and I would love nothing more than to sit with my new family at night and watch TV together! My back left leg was broken at some point and because it was not fixed, I often hold it up and sometimes don’t use it. In any case, this does NOT slow me down at all! I was also injured by a couple other dogs, so I am understandably "dog selective." But if you have another dog, the staff can just schedule a meet-and-greet to see how we get along. Please consider adding me to your family! I truly believe I am a great family dog; let me show you a lifetime of love that is out of this world! Wouldn’t you love a guy like me who thinks he’s a lap dog?  Your lap would be the one I love and stay with forever.

Gig: 

Hi there! My name is Gigi, and this is actually my second time at BHS. I thought I had found my forever home about 5 years ago, but was recently returned because I wasn't getting along with the other cat in the home. There could be many reasons for this, so if you have another cat that does not in any way mean we wouldn't get along! I'm a sweet girl, and I like to be rubbed and pet. Mmm, I love attention! I'm really hoping that this time around I'll find my true forever home, where I can make a special someone a great companion. Please stop by to meet me soon!
