OWINGS MILLS, MD — An Owings Mills man is being held without bail after police said he assaulted his daughter and threatened a tow truck driver at gunpoint.

Andrew Gardner, 56, of the 12000 block of Park Heights Avenue, is charged with two counts of first- and second-degree assault, using a firearm in a felony crime and having a handgun on his person, court records show.
