Carbon Monoxide Scare Clears Out Daycare: Police
An Owings Mills daycare was evacuated Thursday afternoon, officials said.

OWINGS MILLS, MD – Dozens of children were evacuated from a daycare in Owings Mills Thursday after a carbon monoxide alarm activated, according to Baltimore County public safety officials.
Authorities said 40 children were cleared out of the building in the 9100 block of Reisterstown Road when the alarm went off, and crews responded about 12:22 p.m.
There were no injuries reported as a result of the incident, officials said.

The children were being kept at a nearby restaurant until an MTA bus could come transport them elsewhere, according to Baltimore County public safety officials.
