Chaney and Lord Nelson are the Pets of the Week

The Baltimore Humane Society presents animals up for adoption.

This week’s Pets of the Week at Baltimore Humane Society are Chaney and Lord Nelson. Here’s a little about each of them –
Chaney:
Looking for an energetic and friendly lad who needs a forever home? Then say hello to me! I’m Chaney and would love to make your acquaintance. I enjoy long walks and playing with toys of any kind -- my favorites are ones that squeak. I know commands like sit and paw and I’m very good at catching treats and stuffed animals in my mouth. Although I do have tons of energy, there are times that I choose to be a lap dog and would love to lie on the sofa and watch a movie with my new family. If I sound like the dog for you, then let’s meet right away!

Lord Nelson:
Hello everyone! I’m Lord Nelson and I’m a super sweet, social guy in need of a loving forever home. I love being pet, held, and getting attention. In my previous home I lived with another cat who did not like me, but I liked her. I am blind in my left eye and I also tested positive for FELV -- which means I have Feline Leukemia. If you have any questions about that, please speak with one of our adoption counselors. Believe me, it does not change my super happy and sweet personality one bit. So please stop on in to BHS and meet me. I guarantee that I’m a love bug who would make a great companion for anyone.

The adoption fee for Chaney is $100 and $25 for Lord Nelson.
