CHARLES COUNTY SCHOOL IS SHUTTING DOWN

This is our school not two individuals who promised they would fight to save our school.If we elected them.Well,well what happened Ms.Seidel and Ms.Harrison.Our school was built in 1921.It’s historical no less.The Union and Confederates both traveled thru on their way to Gettysburg.The school burnt down and then built back up in 1921.They say they are closing it .Because it needs a lot of repairs.So why are you using money to remodel it instead of doing the repairs we need ? Ask yourself that ? I myself have a grandson in Charles County.His is almost blind in one eye.He had to struggle in school.He was enrolled in Charles Carroll and because of the patience of the teachers and the excellent teaching.My grandson grades has changed for the better.This school is worth saving and so are the memories of the past.Maybe you even went to this school years ago.If you want your children and grand children to have the best education.Help us keep historical school open. Let’s fight for what’s right .Write to the board of Education.Oh,and the last upgrade was in 1974.When is a promise not a promise.ANSWER -When it’s a lie.Thank you for your support.Della Hare
