Child Hospitalized After Owings Mills Ice Incident, Officials Say
Authorities said they were called to a reported ice rescue Saturday in Owings Mills.
OWINGS MILLS, MD — A child was hospitalized as a precaution Saturday following an incident involving ice in Owings Mills, according to the Baltimore County Fire Department.
Crews were called to Music Fair Road around 6 p.m. for an ice rescue, officials said.
"Thankfully crews arrived with no rescue," the fire department reported. "One child did slide waist-deep in water and was removed prior to our arrival."
